Lucy Kincer Harvey, 77, of Lenoir City passed away Monday evening, Oct. 26, 2009.
Lucy loved gardening and the outdoors. She was retired from Yale Security.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Harvey; her parents, John C. Kincer Sr. and Lucille Stalyon Kincer; and by her brothers, J. C. Kincer, Jr. and wife, Juanita Malone Kincer and Gary Kincer.

She is survived by her brother, Ed Kincer and wife, Betty of Mayfield, Ky.; her sister-in-law, Patsy Kincer of Lenoir City; by several nieces and nephews; by her step-daughters, Becky Hubbard, Debbie Lorenz and husband, Eddie and Freida Shelton and husband, Mitchell; and by several grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. Friday in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery for graveside services with the Rev. Glenn Gamble officiating.
