Elsie Louise Tate Felty, 81, of Rock Island, Tenn., passed away Monday, Nov. 9, 2009. She was born in Lenoir City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Felty; and by her parents, John Tate and Mary Pearl Cummings Tate.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Charles Lusk of Rock Island, Tenn.; her son and daughter-in-law, James H. and Carol Felty of McMinnville; her grandchildren and their spouses, Holly Saudron Lusk and Travis Earl Dodd, Thomas Clark and Candice Nicole Lusk and Tara Leigh Felty and Stephen Taylor Felty; her great-grandchildren, Kalan Clark Lusk and Tylan Cole Lusk; her twin sister, Ascha Wiggs of Durham, N.C.; her brother and sister-in-law, Reese and Jessica Tate of Crossville; her sisters-in-law, Lois Tate of Charlotte, N.C. and Kay Felty of Lenoir City; and by several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12 at Click Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International or American Diabetes Association.
